Thank you for shopping with The Stoop. We encourage you to read our Terms and Conditions carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights when purchasing goods (the “goods”) from TheStoop.ca (the website”, “we”, “us” “The Stoop”, or “our”).

Access to and use of this website and the goods available through it are subject to the following terms, conditions, and notices (“terms and conditions”). By purchasing the goods, you agree to all of the terms and conditions, which we may update from time to time without notice. We recommend checking this page regularly for any changes we may have made.

We will not be liable if, for any reason, this website is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to certain parts or all of this website without prior notice.

Agreement

By placing an order, you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to these Terms and Conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Products are dispatched based on availability from Wednesday and Friday weekly. Any guarantees or representations made regarding delivery times are subject to delays resulting from postal issues or force majeure, for which we will not be responsible. Please refer to our return policy below.

The intellectual property rights in all software and content made available to you on or through this website remain the property of TheStoop.ca.

Delivery

All goods are dispatched from TheStoop.ca HQ in British Columbia, Canada, unless prior agreements have been made in writing. All goods will be sent with our nominated shipping carrier. The cost of shipping will be included in each invoice sent with the goods.

We will deliver Goods to the address provided by you, which will be listed on the order confirmation, when reasonably practicable. Shipping redirection is not possible once parcels have been dispatched. Please ensure the correct address is entered at the time of placing an order. Any redelivery will incur a reasonable resupply fee.

We do not guarantee the availability of Goods even if they are listed in your order confirmation.

We are not liable for any loss or damage (including consequential loss or damage) arising from any delay in delivery, failure to deliver, or delivery of defective goods. Any shortages or packing mistakes must be reported to us in writing within seven (7) days.

Cancellation

TheStoop.ca may cancel your order if, for any reason, we are unable to provide you with the Products you ordered. We will contact you in such cases. You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek compensation for any loss, expense, damage (either direct or consequential), or any inconvenience resulting from such cancellation.

Returns

TheStoop.ca offers a small collection of headwraps and accessories. Returns are not accepted at this time. Please make sure to carefully read all product information before making a purchase.

If you received goods that were incorrectly sent to you, all packaging, tags, and barcode identifications must be returned.

We endeavor to improve this option in the future.

Purchaser Warranty

You warrant that all information provided to us is accurate, and you agree to indemnify The Stoop against any loss, claims, damages, or expenses arising from any breach of this warranty.
